Why am I getting so many false alarms?

 The biggest factor that contributes to false alarms with TraknProtect Safety Buttons is where the button is being worn or where the button is being kept while staff members are working. Please contact support@traknprotect.com if you would like to schedule a user training session for your employees on best practices for the Safety Buttons. 

Dos 

• Wear Safety Button on lanyard or retractable badge around neck or collarbone area. 
• Tucked inside front shirt pocket or side sleeve pocket are acceptable places to keep Safety Button 

• If lanyard falls too low on the torso, shorten to end around sternum area 

Don’ts 

• Do not keep Safety Button in any pants pockets, including cargo pocket on side of leg 
• Do not keep Safety Buttons in tool kits, caddies, carts, drawers, etc.
